Rebel Salute, the largest showcase of roots reggae and culturally-themed dancehall, will be CELBRATES its 30th year on January 19 and 20, 2024. Listed as one of the top four (4) festivals to attend in the Caribbean by Billboard Magazine. This awesome festival has captured the hearts of Corporate Jamaica and the Jamaican Governemnt, who have gained access to the festival’s local and  international  audience to which they have promoted, marketed and sold their products and services..For years now and more years to come this festival has new precincts in the entertainment industry and will continue to do so…

For almost three (3) decades, Rebel Salute has brought the richest traditions of reggae music to one of the largest and most discerning audiences of any music festival in the Caribbean. Every January, thousands of reggae music lovers make the pilgrimage to Rebel Salute for a world-class event that delivers a spectacular experience of authentic roots reggae, wholesome culture and healthy living.

Reggae artiste Tony Rebel pioneered and has preserved a unique family-friendly event that promotes the most positive aspects of roots reggae, and culturally themed dancehall music, and by extension the best of Jamaican culture. Set in a vast venue that overlooks the Caribbean Sea, the festival offers “Saluters” a range of locally and internationally acclaimed Artistes who perform from dusk ‘til dawn; food vendors who only serve healthy Jamaican cuisine; and an arts village with an array of jewellery, clothing and craft indigenous to Jamaica.

In 2016, Rebel Salute introduced its newest innovation – the “Herb Curb”.  The enclosed, adults-only area features exhibits, herb practitioners, educators, speakers and medical professionals including medical doctors who explore everything from the sacramental, to the medicinal, to the economic marvels of marijuana.
